- Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations of rapid diagnostic test kits for food safety applications
- Provide comprehensive product training to clients on proper usage and interpretation of test results
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using our diagnostic solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food industry
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality assurance
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for market penetration and product promotion
- Prepare technical documentation and reports on product performance and customer feedback
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent Glenwood Technologies International
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related scientific field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, customer support, or laboratory environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality assurance procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and laboratory instruments
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
