- Oversee all technical operations, maintenance activities, and facility management across Wild Wet Wet
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of technicians, engineers, and maintenance professionals
- Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and systems to minimize downtime and maximize asset longevity
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and operational protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and guest services departments
- Manage technical budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for technical systems and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Technical Operations, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of technical management experience in theme parks, entertainment venues, or similar facilities
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in maintenance and technical operations
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance protocols, and industry standards
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation for technical operations
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance management software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid certification in workplace safety management (e.g., WSH, ISO 45001) preferred
