We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Sewing Specialist to join our production team in Grobogan, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our high-quality standards are maintained across complex garment assembly processes.
As a Technical Sewing Specialist, you will work closely with production supervisors and pattern makers to troubleshoot sewing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that every piece meets our stringent quality benchmarks. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of sewing machinery, material handling, and technical construction methods. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize sewing production lines to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct technical quality checks on finished garments to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments on industrial sewing machines to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the pattern making department to resolve assembly challenges.
- Train and mentor junior sewing operators on technical best practices and safety standards.
- Analyze production workflows to suggest improvements in sewing techniques and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sewing within a manufacturing or garment production environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machine mechanics (lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch, etc.).
- Proven ability to interpret technical sewing patterns and product specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects in garment assembly.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Grobogan, Jawa Tengah.
