Tanggung Jawab
- Lead new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate technical teams, including engineers and technicians, to optimize performance and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage technical documentation including specifications, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for technical issues, recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets for technical projects and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven experience in new product development and process improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
