Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all technical operations, maintenance activities, and engineering projects to ensure optimal production efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Spearhead new product development (NPD) initiatives, collaborating closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless integration into manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement robust preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, extend asset lifespan, and optimize operational costs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Manage technical budgets, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, environmental compliance, and company policies.
- Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and professional growth.
- Prepare technical reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management, highlighting operational status, project progress, and improvement recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a technical leadership, supervisory, or superintendent role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in new product development (NPD) and successful product commercialization.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance (mechanical, electrical, automation), and operational excellence principles.
- Proficiency in applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex technical projects from planning to execution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and developing a diverse technical team.
- Familiarity with relevant technical software (e.g., CAD, CMMS, PLC programming) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
