Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding product performance and application.
- Conduct regular product monitoring and site inspections to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Perform meticulous Quality Control (QC) checks on incoming and outgoing products to meet stringent industry standards.
- Analyze technical failures, document findings, and implement effective root-cause solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide technical insights for product improvement.
- Ensure all technical documentation and service reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Deliver training sessions to customers on product operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a technical support or field service role within the industrial sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Familiarity with Quality Control processes and industrial monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Kalimantan Timur region as required by project demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting software.
