We are currently seeking a high-caliber Technical Support Officer specializing in In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products to spearhead our technical operations in the Kalimantan region. As a Technical Support Officer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our IVD portfolio. You will handle everything from sophisticated instrument installations to complex troubleshooting and end-user training. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the installation, commissioning, and validation of IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostic) diagnostic instruments at client sites throughout Kalimantan.
- Provide prompt on-site and remote technical support to resolve hardware, software, and reagent-related issues.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver comprehensive technical training and product demonstrations to laboratory technicians and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to provide technical insights during the pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
- Maintain detailed records of service reports, customer interactions, and equipment history in the company database.
- Stay updated on the latest IVD technologies and industry standards to provide superior advisory services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy from a reputable university.
- Proven technical aptitude with a strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation and diagnostic processes.
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Technical English) for reading manuals and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting electromechanical systems and chemical analysis workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Willingness to travel frequently across various cities in the Kalimantan region as required.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage service schedules effectively.
