Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to surgeons and operating room staff during orthopedic surgeries.
- Ensure the correct selection, handling, and application of orthopedic implants and surgical instruments.
- Conduct professional product training and workshops for hospital staff and surgeons.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all surgical kits are prepared and sterilized according to company protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from medical professionals.
- Collect and report clinical feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable and professional service in clinical environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedics or surgery.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and operating room protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with high-profile medical experts.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure in an operating theater.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage logistics effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
