Gandasari Group Investama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Tanker Vessel Manager to join our maritime operations team in Jakarta. As a critical member of our technical department, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and compliance of our tanker fleet.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day technical operations and performance of the assigned tanker vessel fleet.
- Ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, etc.) and company safety policies.
- Manage dry-docking projects, repairs, and annual maintenance budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and vessel uptime.
- Monitor and analyze vessel performance data to identify areas for operational improvement and fuel efficiency.
- Coordinate with onboard crew and shore-based staff to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Supervise procurement of spare parts and ensure timely delivery of critical equipment.
- Conduct regular vessel inspections and audits to maintain high standards of seaworthiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related maritime discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical ship management, specifically with tanker vessels.
- In-depth knowledge of tanker operations, oil/chemical handling, and relevant maritime safety management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in maritime software, vessel management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
