You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that empower our partners and internal teams to provide world-class service. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct technical training sessions for technicians, installers, and service partners regarding Gree HVAC systems.
- Create high-quality training manuals, presentations, and instructional videos for various product lines.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, installation methods, and safety protocols to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Conduct periodic assessments to verify the competence of trainees and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting guidance to field teams when complex issues arise.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to integrate new product features into existing training modules.
- Maintain records of training programs, attendance, and certification status for all participants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or technical support.
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor, with excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of AC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and inverter technology.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region for training delivery.
