- Install, service, and maintain Engel's Sense scenting systems at various client locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with scenting equipment
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies related to scenting systems
- Coordinate logistics for equipment transportation and service calls
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to clients
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in electronics, HVAC, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical installation or maintenance roles
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems or fragrance technology preferred
