We are seeking a skilled Technician for Conversion & Rotogravure Machine Maintenance to join our dynamic team at PT Tritunggal Pratama Multipack. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on conversion and rotogravure machinery
- Conduct slitting machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Set machine parameters according to job specifications and requirements
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related concerns
- Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in the printing or packaging industry
- Hands-on experience with rotogravure and conversion machinery
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in industrial settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
