Medion Farma Jaya, a leading multinational company in the animal health pharmaceutical industry established in 1976, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician to join our expanding team in Medan.
As a Technician at Medion, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of product quality and operational excellence. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring that our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes align with company protocols and industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs.
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities, machine performance, and technical reports accurately.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgraded technical systems.
- Maintain safety standards in the work area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
- Fresh graduates with high aptitude and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
