Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence? APP Group is looking for a dedicated QC Technician to join our high-performing team in Medan. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will serve as the frontline guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that only items meeting the highest industry standards reach our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for rigorous inspection processes, data documentation, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality deviations. We are seeking a candidate who is meticulous, proactive, and committed to maintaining the reputation of the APP Group brand through uncompromising quality control measures.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Perform precise measurement and testing using specialized laboratory equipment and precision tools.
- Document all quality findings, non-conformities, and test results accurately in the reporting system.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to implement corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
- Monitor and maintain the calibration status of QC testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline QC workflows and reduce waste.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) guidelines within the production facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management systems (ISO standards).
- Excellent visual acuity and attention to detail for identifying defects.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure production deadlines.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
