Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the technology assurance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology risk assessment frameworks aligned with industry standards
- Oversee the execution of IT audits, security assessments, and compliance reviews across all technology platforms
- Establish and maintain robust control environments to mitigate technology risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology assurance practices into system development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging technology risks and regulatory changes, updating assurance frameworks as needed
- Prepare and present comprehensive assurance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in technology assurance processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology assurance, IT audit, or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable
- Deep understanding of technology risks, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex technology environments
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with automation tools and technologies for assurance processes is a plus
