Hokkan Deltapack Industry is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Teknisi Die Shop to join our dynamic maintenance team in Tanjung Bintang, Lampung. As a leader in the manufacturing sector, we are committed to operational excellence and high-precision production standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of production dies and molds to ensure optimal performance.
- Executing precision bench work, including grinding, drilling, milling, and polishing of die components.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues within the Die Shop to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborating with the production team to implement improvements in mold design and component longevity.
- Operating and maintaining machine shop equipment (Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinder) safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all tool room activities comply with strict occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records for all die parts and raw materials used.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent vocational high school (SMK) degree with relevant experience.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Die Shop, Tool & Die making, or precision machining environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with manual and semi-automatic machine shop tools (Lathe, Milling, Grinding).
- Deep understanding of mold construction, materials, and heat treatment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shift system and demonstrate strong discipline in a manufacturing environment.
