Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on hydraulic press machines and metal stamping equipment.
- Supervise production lines to ensure high-quality output and adherence to manufacturing schedules.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA safety protocols in the workshop.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic system failures efficiently.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade machinery and improve production processes.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Hydraulic Press Technician or in metal stamping.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits, pneumatic systems, and electrical components.
- Proven ability to lead a team and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment with heavy machinery.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
