Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists to introduce products and services.
  • Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations, utilizing prepared scripts and adapting to customer needs.
  • Identify customer pain points and effectively articulate how Aldmic Indonesia's offerings provide solutions.
  • Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, overcoming objections professionally.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service role with sales targets is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear and confident phone presence.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
