Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly booking targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to convert inbound/outbound calls into patient appointments
- Monitor KPIs including call conversion rates, appointment show-up rates, and revenue targets
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate service information is communicated
- Maintain compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and clinic standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or call center leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in healthcare or beauty industry
- Strong coaching and team development skills with demonstrable success
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining team motivation
- Understanding of aesthetic medicine or healthcare services preferred
- Experience with KPI-driven performance management systems
