Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly booking targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert inbound/outbound calls into patient appointments
  • Monitor KPIs including call conversion rates, appointment show-up rates, and revenue targets
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate service information is communicated
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and clinic standards

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or call center leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in healthcare or beauty industry
  • Strong coaching and team development skills with demonstrable success
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining team motivation
  • Understanding of aesthetic medicine or healthcare services preferred
