Tanggung Jawab
- Process and encode various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily to ensure financial integrity
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests for information
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, assisting with transactions, and identifying opportunities for additional services
- Uphold strict security protocols to protect customer information and bank assets
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and eligibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
- Integrity and trustworthiness with a strong commitment to ethical banking practices
- Willingness to work on flexible schedule as required by branch operations
