As the frontline representative of our bank, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while accurately and efficiently handling all financial transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and efficient cash handling for deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other bank transactions.
- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing professional and courteous service to address their banking needs.
- Verify check endorsements, signatures, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with bank policies.
- Balance cash and check transactions daily, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of customer information and transaction records.
- Adhere to all security, operational, and regulatory procedures to ensure a safe banking environment.
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as required to support branch operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/College degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or any related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a Teller or cash handling role is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and proven accuracy in data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate within a team.
- Must be willing to work in Dapa, Surigao del Norte.
