Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Assist with ATM operations and basic branch administration tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
