- Participate in structured rotations across key divisions including Monetary Policy, Financial Stability, Reserve Management, and Digital Innovation
- Contribute to research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, monetary policy frameworks, and financial system developments
- Support the development and implementation of strategic projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and resilience of Malaysia's financial sector
- Assist in drafting policy documents, reports, and recommendations for senior management and board-level presentations
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various departments to gain comprehensive exposure to central banking operations
- Participate in data collection, statistical analysis, and visualization to support evidence-based decision-making
- Contribute to financial inclusion initiatives and regulatory compliance assessments
- Undertake leadership development activities and mentorship programmes throughout the programme duration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree with honours (minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines from a recognised university
- Fresh graduate with less than one year of professional working experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and economic indicators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous
- Proven leadership potential through academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or community involvement
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to public service and national development
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation
- Keen interest in macroeconomic policy, financial markets, and the role of central banks in economic development
