Are you a natural-born performer with a flair for social media trends? Global Media Inc. is looking for a dynamic and energetic TikTok Host/MC to join our growing content team in Pasay City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving audience engagement through live broadcasts and short-form video content.
As a TikTok Host, you won't just be creating videos; you'll be building a community. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of the TikTok algorithm, knows how to maximize viewer gifts, and can keep an audience entertained for the duration of a livestream. Tanggung Jawab
- Host daily TikTok live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with the audience.
- Develop creative scripts and concepts to maintain high viewer retention and engagement rates.
- Monitor and analyze real-time viewer feedback to adjust hosting style and interaction.
- Execute strategies to maximize viewer gift conversions and meet daily sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live content with current social media trends and company campaigns.
- Manage community interactions, including responding to comments and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize future live stream schedules and content themes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in TikTok live hosting, audience engagement, or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform features, including gift systems and viral trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a vibrant, energetic personality.
- Previous experience in sales or promotional activities is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and a passion for staying updated on digital media trends.
- Residency or ability to commute to Pasay City, Metro Manila.
