Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies to analyze production workflows
- Develop standardized work procedures and performance metrics
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies
- Prepare detailed reports on productivity metrics and cost savings
- Train staff on new methodologies and standardized work practices
- Monitor production targets and recommend adjustments to meet KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in time study, work measurement, or process improvement
- Proficiency in time study techniques (MTM, MOST, or similar methodologies)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Experience with industrial engineering software (e.g., TimeLab, MTM-1)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
