Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of cargo timeliness performance across various operational touchpoints, identifying trends, patterns, and root causes of delays.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to timeliness and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, planning, and customer service, to investigate performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Propose and evaluate solutions for process optimization, technology adoption, and operational adjustments to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to management and relevant stakeholders, both in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained performance improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in logistics and supply chain analytics to continuously enhance analytical methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a data analysis, operations analysis, or business intelligence role, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry.
- Mandatory: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Experience with operational process mapping and improvement methodologies is a plus.
