Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems within the tissue mill to ensure optimal performance and extend asset lifespan.
- Perform timely and effective troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex mechanical failures (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps) and electrical issues (e.g., PLCs, motor controls, sensors, wiring).
- Minimize equipment downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and implementing efficient corrective maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including parts used and time spent.
- Proactively identify and propose necessary spare parts, assisting with inventory management to ensure critical components are readily available.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support smooth, uninterrupted operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall plant productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within paper, pulp, or tissue mills.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and hands-on experience with mechanical systems, including power transmission, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including industrial control circuits, PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), motor control centers, VFDs, and sensor technology.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals with precision.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical components.
- Commitment to safety practices and a strong understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding, fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on-call as required.
