Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and lead the corporate TPM roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites to drive Operational Excellence.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically OEE, to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM) pillars to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic equipment failures and facilitate Kaizen events for continuous improvement.
- Manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance operations and high ROI on capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TPM practices into the daily production workflow and safety protocols.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill technical staff and operators on TPM methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership regarding maintenance performance, reliability trends, and strategic progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial TPM or Lean role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing TPM pillars in a large-scale industrial or FMCG environment.
- Strong expertise in OEE calculation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Six Sigma methodologies (Black/Green Belt preferred).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
