Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain TQM programs to ensure product quality aligns with company and international standards.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality deviations.
- Conduct regular internal audits of production processes and documentation to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and streamline manufacturing operations.
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare actionable reports for management to drive process improvements.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance schedules of testing and measurement equipment.
- Provide training and coaching to floor staff on quality awareness and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in TQM, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) tools and quality management software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
