- Monitor and coordinate drilling operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for all drilling activities
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment according to established procedures
- Respond effectively to rig emergency signals and situations
- Coordinate with rig personnel to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity
- Document drilling activities, equipment performance, and maintenance requirements
- Train and mentor junior personnel on drilling procedures and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in drilling operations, specifically onshore environments
- Technical knowledge of drilling equipment and processes
- Thorough understanding of rig emergency signals and response procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
