As a Trade Facility Officer, you'll directly contribute to the smooth flow of goods across borders while supporting our mission to deliver sustainable palm oil products to global markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance procedures for international shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for cargo scheduling
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian import/export regulations and trade agreements
- Prepare and verify trade documentation (B/L, COO, commercial invoices)
- Optimize supply chain routes and transportation costs
- Liaise with government agencies (BP, KKP, Bea Cukai)
- Monitor trade policy changes and implement procedural adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in trade facilitation or customs compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (Kepmenperindag)
- Experience with palm oil or agricultural commodities preferred
- Certification in Customs Brokerage or Logistics Management (advantageous)
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems (ASYCUDA, SAD)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
