This critical role requires a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and optimize export and domestic shipment activities across our supply chain. You'll manage transportation schedules, track cargo movements, and ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, carriers, and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate export and domestic shipment schedules across multiple transport modes
- Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery to destinations
- Manage documentation compliance for customs and regulatory requirements
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel
- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Resolve shipment delays and transportation issues proactively
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in logistics/traffic management role
- Experience in manufacturing or export/import operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian shipping regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
