In this role, you will be the backbone of our outlet operations, ensuring that every member of our staff is well-trained, highly motivated, and operating at peak performance levels.
As our Training & Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for bridge-building between strategic management goals and day-to-day ground operations. You will spend significant time in the field, conducting thorough audits, identifying training gaps, and implementing innovative solutions to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations at our outlets to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all front-line operational staff.
- Conduct regular field audits to evaluate performance, safety standards, and service quality.
- Analyze operational reports to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive professional growth and improve staff retention.
- Maintain effective communication between outlet staff and senior management.
- Ensure all equipment and facility assets are maintained in accordance with safety protocols.
- Monitor and improve customer service delivery to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Operations Coordinator in a retail or service-based environment.
- Strong background in conducting training sessions and staff development.
- Excellent knowledge of field auditing processes and performance monitoring.
- Ability to travel between different outlet locations as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools and operational software.
- Strong commitment to safety and high-quality service standards.
