Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and quality assurance supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and training methodologies
- Experience in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry preferred
- Proficiency in training software and quality assessment tools
- Certification in quality management or training development is a plus
