Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and verify all incoming and outgoing financial transactions for accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure physical and digital inventory matches the system records.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly transaction reports for management review.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a highly organized database of all transaction documents and historical data.
- Identify potential operational risks or errors in the stock management workflow.
- Assist in procurement planning based on stock levels and historical demand patterns.
- Implement and suggest improvements for inventory control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in stock control, transaction management, or administration.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proven ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
