Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble transformer core components according to technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Operate precision machinery including hydraulic presses and core-cutting equipment
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and specialized testing tools
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S methodology
- Document assembly processes and report deviations in production logs
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO 9001 quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in mechanical/technical field
- Minimum 1 year experience in precision manufacturing or assembly operations
- Proficiency with measuring instruments and mechanical assembly tools
- Understanding of electrical transformer components and construction principles
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Physical capability to handle materials up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
