Tanggung Jawab
- Operate winding machines for LV/HV transformers according to technical specifications
- Perform precision coil winding, insulation, and core assembly processes
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and testing equipment
- Maintain production equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO manufacturing standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process improvements
- Complete production documentation and quality control reports
- Train junior operators on winding techniques and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat with technical background preferred
- 1+ years experience in transformer manufacturing or similar industrial roles
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and insulation materials
- Experience operating precision winding machinery
- Certification in industrial safety procedures (K3) advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in shift-based production environment
