PT Golden Expressindo is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless communication between our drivers and fleet units to meet delivery objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch process, monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and optimizing transport routes to ensure our goods are delivered safely and on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities for drivers and vehicles to ensure timely delivery according to Delivery Orders (DO).
- Monitor and track fleet performance to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to troubleshoot route delays or equipment issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all transport movements and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for transport efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a transport, logistics, or dispatch role.
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta area routes and traffic management.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse driver teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational needs.
