Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily transport and logistics schedules to ensure timely production and distribution.
- Manage the maintenance and operational readiness of the company fleet.
- Supervise drivers and warehouse support staff to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Analyze and optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption and transport costs.
- Maintain accurate logs for shipping, receiving, and fleet movement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve transport-related bottlenecks and logistical challenges.
- Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, and logistics expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Proficient in logistics management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Jawa Tengah.
