Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Maintain and optimize fleet management systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to synchronize shipping schedules.
- Monitor driver performance, vehicle maintenance schedules, and safety compliance.
- Prepare accurate logistics reports and manage shipping documentation (DO, invoices, manifest).
- Resolve any transport-related issues or delays promptly to maintain service levels.
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of third-party logistics (3PL) providers as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transport or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of local transportation regulations and route optimization software.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to participate in international training programs (China).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/Inventory management systems.
