Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily pre-start and post-operation inspections of trucks, forklifts, and heavy machinery to identify potential issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and hydraulic system servicing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize operational downtime and repair costs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to company safety protocols (SOP) and local regulations.
- Coordinate with external workshops or specialized mechanics for complex repairs and overhauls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and records of all maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Assist in the inventory management of spare parts and tools to ensure availability for urgent repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and report anomalies to fleet management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate (SMK) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Heavy Machinery Maintenance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a transport, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and brake systems.
- Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A and/or B) is mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and performing manual labor.
- Basic computer literacy for logging maintenance data and inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
