Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive transportation strategies to ensure efficient branch-level delivery operations.
- Oversee daily fleet management, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, and driver performance monitoring.
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and vendors to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch transport staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management regarding throughput, transit times, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably at a managerial level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in fleet optimization and route planning using TMS (Transport Management Systems).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics data visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
