Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily trucking operations to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Coordinate effectively with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors to optimize fleet availability and performance.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
- Analyze delivery metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Manage driver schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and fuel consumption tracking.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies, delivery delays, or route issues in real-time to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on transportation costs and operational efficiency for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in transportation or distribution management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of route planning, fleet management systems (FMS), and logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/WMS software.
- Willingness to be based in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.
