Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive transportation plans optimizing routes, schedules, and resource allocation
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost reduction opportunities and service improvements
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless freight movement
- Monitor transportation KPIs including on-time delivery, cost per km, and carrier performance
- Prepare transportation budgets and manage operational expenses within approved limits
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Document and maintain transportation procedures, reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics optimization projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation planning or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, TMS, or similar) and route optimization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for carrier relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English proficiency
