Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules to ensure timely warehouse-to-customer distribution.
- Liaise with internal warehouse teams and external transport vendors to optimize loading and delivery sequences.
- Systematically record and submit transport data to ensure accuracy in operational reporting.
- Investigate transport-related claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee the comprehensive documentation archive, ensuring all transport logs and proof-of-delivery (POD) records are audit-ready.
- Monitor real-time shipment progress to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively communicate delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport planning, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to support internal and international communication.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Experience in managing document archiving and regulatory compliance for logistics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
