Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily transportation activities to ensure all customer orders are executed smoothly and on time.
- Supervise a team of drivers and transport staff, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
- Maintain and oversee the maintenance schedule for the transport fleet to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor performance KPIs, including delivery accuracy, fuel consumption, and on-time delivery rates.
- Handle troubleshooting for transportation-related issues and ensure prompt resolution of delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management review.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transportation supervision or fleet management, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing company.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of geographical areas in Sumatera Utara and route planning logic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Tanjung Morawa and work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
