In this role, you will be the backbone of our transportation financial operations, ensuring that all logistics costs are accurately tracked, audited, and processed.
As a Transport Support Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our regional shipping operations. You will be responsible for meticulous audit procedures, reconciling transport invoices, and managing reimbursement workflows to ensure our logistics network runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits of daily transportation costs and logistics expenditures.
- Process and verify transport-related reimbursement claims for drivers and operational staff.
- Reconcile invoices against shipping manifests and internal logistical records.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital tracking of all transport-related financial documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and report anomalies in transportation billing.
- Coordinate with the finance and warehouse teams to ensure timely payment processing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics cost reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain companies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas) is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict accounting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) or ERP software is a distinct advantage.
