PT Scg Barito Logistics is looking for a proactive Transportation Carrier Procurement Jr. Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in championing operational goals, optimizing carrier partnerships, and ensuring our logistics network remains cost-effective and highly reliable.
As our Jr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with transport vendors, negotiating service-level agreements (SLAs), and implementing strategies that drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new transportation carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates, service terms, and contract conditions to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor carrier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and address service gaps proactively.
- Analyze logistics market trends to identify opportunities for procurement optimization.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with operational logistics demands.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and data analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all carrier partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation procurement or logistics operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in MS Excel and logistics management software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
