Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily coordination of transportation and fleet operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and track shipment progress to maintain optimal supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors to resolve transportation issues.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics documentation, delivery logs, and fuel consumption reports.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with company safety and operational policies.
- Prepare periodic performance reports regarding transportation timelines and logistics costs.
- Support the logistics team in improving existing transport workflows and distribution strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with drivers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to be based in Gresik, East Java.
