Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients regarding their travel inquiries and bookings.
  • Assist customers with reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and effectively upsell/cross-sell suitable travel products and services to maximize sales.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and commission goals.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay current with travel industry trends, destination knowledge, and company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
